What are live and active cultures?
The cultures added to the milk used to make our Greek Yogurt during the fermentation process, turns the milk into yogurt. These cultures (S.Thermophilus and L. Bulgaricus) are the first cultures listed on all CHOBANI Greek Yogurt product label.
